Nights in Fataga: guests are picked up from the the different points to leave for the village of Fataga. Upon arrival at the La Talla restaurant, guests will be welcomed with a cocktail, after which we will visit the village, its streets, traditional bakery, etc. Back at the restaurant, we will enjoy a Canary Island evening, during which some Canary Island recipes will be explained, such as â??Pella de Gofioâ?� (thick paste made from wheat or corn flour) â??Mojo Canarioâ?� (hot spicy dip) and roast leg of pork, etc. A trio will provide live music for the evening and there will be Canary Island folklore and entertainment. Return to the hotel at around 11 p.m.
