Nordic Walking is a gentle, easy-to-learn total body exercise practised with specially designed Nordic Walking poles. This form of exercise provides placid and most efficient stamina training for all age groups. Nordic Walking is particularly advisable if you are having problems with your back, joints or preponderance. Supporting yourself with the poles alleviates the stress on your spine as well as your knee and foot joints. This special motion sequence also helps relaxing neck-shoulder muscle tension.
Learn fast and easily about the theory and practice of Nordic Walking techniques, have fun meeting new people and experience the benefits of this sport yourself! The mile long beach situated on the fringe of the dunes is optimally suited for practising Nordic Walking. The sandy terrain also helps to alleviate the stress on your musculoskeletal system and you are able to use the poles with particular ease here while breathing fresh sea air!. Nordic-Walking Poles are included. Please bring sports shoes, comfortable sports or leisure wear.
