Join us for the excitement of Big Game fishing on board Cavalier or Dorado, based in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. The experience of catching an Atlantic Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Spearfish, Blue Fin Tuna, Big Eye Tuna, Shark, Broadbill Swordfish, Wahoo or Bonito is something not to be missed!

Alternatively, bottom-fish for sting ray, blonde, thornback and eagle rays, monkfish, amberjack, moray or conger eel. The Big Game season commences in March for Tuna and May for Billfish and continues into October. Tuna can generally be caught throughout the summer and the prime months for Billfish are June to September inclusive. During October the fishing depends on the sea temperature, it can be Billfish but is more usually Tuna.

The billfish that are found around the Canaries are Atlantic Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Long and Short Bill Spearfish and occasionally Broadbill Swordfish. Sharks frequent the waters around the island all year round and can be fished for on request. During the winter months we fish for Rays. Stingrays and Blonde, Thornback and Eagle Rays are among those found in abundance, and many are World Record sizes, exceeding 150kilos/300lbs in weight.

As well as rays we have wonderful Monkfish, Angel Shark, Amberjack, all of the tuna family and a vast variety of smaller species. Our Spanish And English Crews speak Spanish, English and German.
