Nights in Fataga: guests are picked up from the the different points to leave for the village of Fataga. Upon arrival at the La Talla restaurant, guests will be welcomed with a cocktail, after which we will visit the village, its streets, traditional bakery, etc. Back at the restaurant, we will enjoy a Canary Island evening, during which some Canary Island recipes will be explained, such as “Pella de Gofio” (thick paste made from wheat or corn flour) “Mojo Canario” (hot spicy dip) and roast leg of pork, etc. A trio will provide live music for the evening and there will be Canary Island folklore and entertainment. Return to the hotel at around 11 p.m.
